Kind words...

These words from a woman in my class brought tears to my eyes and joy in my heart:

"I couldn’t speak at the end of class. Words just felt as if they would be like sharp prickles as I held that space lovingly before it dissipated to nothingness.

It once again reminded me, despite being so infinitesimal in our cosmos, the practice offers to shower me with the absolute, in a bathing of such intense and tender intimacy.

It is fleeting yet lingers. It is everything yet nothing. It is earthly yet heavenly. It is divine.

Although the words feel like clutter, I wanted to express them as my way of offering my gratitude. I think if I was near, I would bring soft and fragrant flower petals instead as they seem more appropriate."

And the photo is how one of other women in my Individual Program honours each of her weekly sessions with me.

"Sahrudaya" is the Sanskrit word for the cummunion that emerges when women embody this dance together with shared consciousness. And these actions from the women I practise with me signal to me the Goddess's company, Her grace and guidance.
